A Heramba Alignment Journey · Tennessee · October 9–13, 2026

Step away from
the noise.
Return with clarity.

Reconnect with what matters and gain perspective on the decision or direction in front of you.

A five-day journey through clarity, descent and stillness across three powerful Tennessee spaces.

A five-day passage
across inner terrain

Why gather now?

Autumn invites us to cross a threshold.

Across Indian spiritual traditions, autumn is a season of Devi—the living intelligence and transformative power of the feminine. It is the season of Navratri and, later, Diwali: a movement from inner clearing toward illumination.

Our retreat begins as Sharad Navratri begins. We use this seasonal current intentionally—not as something to believe, but as an invitation to become more receptive, more discerning, and more willing to meet what is ready to change.

Why this season matters
When nature turns inward, we do too. The outer journey gives form to an inner one.

Three spaces. One arc.

The landscape becomes
part of the practice.

Each place carries a distinct quality, and each encounter prepares us for the next.

Athena — Clarity

We begin before Athena at the Parthenon: not to seek an answer outside ourselves, but to sharpen the discernment required to recognize what is true.

02Chattanooga

Ruby Falls — Descent

We travel beneath the surface, entering the mountain in quiet. The descent becomes a mirror for what is usually hidden, avoided, or left unnamed.

03Cumberland Plateau

Isha — Stillness

We visit Isha as a place of stillness, then carry what arises back to our retreat base for reflection and integration.

Facilitated by Saket Jain

A thoughtfully held journey.

Saket guides the retreat through framing, reflection, and integration—helping the group connect each experience to the questions they are carrying in their own lives.

He brings more than two decades of leadership and coaching experience, together with years of spiritual study and practice, including two years living in an ashram. His role is to create a grounded, spacious environment in which insight can emerge and become actionable.

01

Spacious by designEnough structure to hold the journey; enough quiet to hear yourself.

02

Integration over intensityNo performance, forced disclosure, or rush to manufacture a breakthrough.

“Much of what inspired this journey comes from my teacher, Souvik Dutta. His generous sharing of his research has deepened my understanding of these places and continues to inspire me to bring others into direct relationship with them.”

— Saket

October 9–13, 2026

Five days.
One unfolding.

We move deliberately: encounter, silence, rest, reflection, and only then—meaning.

Arrival

Gather in Nashville, share a welcome meal, and name the question you are carrying.

Clarity & descent

Athena, a silent walk, and an after-hours journey beneath Ruby Falls.

Meaning-making

Move toward the Cumberland Plateau and begin integrating what has surfaced.

Stillness

A quiet visit to Isha, followed by rest and a Saket-led integration circle.

Commitment

Return to the opening question and leave with one clear commitment.

What can a place reveal?

The place does not do the work for us.

It creates the conditions in which we may see, feel, and hear more clearly.

We often arrive expecting a place to give us something—an answer, a feeling, or a moment of certainty. Participants from earlier Heramba journeys describe something subtler.

Some felt grounded or peaceful. Some found that meditation came more easily when everyday distractions fell away. For others, the landscape became a mirror: reflecting how they were showing up and what they might be ready to carry differently.

There is no prescribed experience and no promise of transformation. We visit with intention, make room for stillness, and pay attention to what arises.

Meet each place without demanding an answer. Reflect together so what arises can be carried home.

What stays with people.

Reflections from our Dakotas & Wyoming journey. The Tennessee retreat is a new experience.

I found that Mato Tipila was a mirror—showing me how I was showing up and asking me if that’s how I want to show up.
Heather HDakotas & Wyoming Journey
You feel a very different kind of energy at Medicine Wheel than at Devil’s Tower. Devil’s Tower felt more grounding to me.
Jatin DDakotas & Wyoming Journey
The energy of the place was calming. It made meditation much easier because there weren’t as many distractions.
Kabeer DDakotas & Wyoming Journey
I came wanting to let go of certain things. I feel a lightness, and I want to carry this blissful energy with me.
Meena SDakotas & Wyoming Journey
Meditating there late at night was something I had never done before. It was a beautiful experience that left an impression on me.
Sankar PDakotas & Wyoming Journey
I’m bringing back to my island a sense of peacefulness and reflection on the wonderful planet we live on, and how every part of it has spaces for reflection.

An intimate Tennessee retreat

Perhaps the question
has already found you.

Dates are set for October 9–13, 2026, and the group will remain intentionally small. Share your name and email to receive participation details as they become available.

“Every part of it has spaces for reflection.”
